On a rainy afternoon in England, Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) is delighted to win First Prize in his local church raffle; a week’s holiday in the South of France, and a brand new video camera. He will stay in Cannes, at the height of its famous film festival.
He catches the Eurostar to Paris, filming everything with his new video camera. But one accident follows another and soon Mr. Bean leaves his money, his ticket and passport on the platform. He is thrown off the train for not having tickets, and left lost and penniless in France. In addition to that, one of the passengers reports Mr. Bean to the police and a national manhunt is launched!
Hilarious road movie “Mr. Bean’s Holiday” is a sequel to 1997 box-office hit “Bean: The Ultimate Disaster Movie”. The film stars the character’s co-creator Rowan Atkinson, Willem Dafoe, Max Baldry and Emma de Caunes. The film was directed by Steve Bendelack (comedy series “Little Britain”).
