„Dark Paradise” tells a story of a spoiled and messed up Karmen (Rea Lest), whose safety net suddenly falls apart and she is forced to face the darkness and emptiness of the universe. More issues arise from her complicated relationship with her halfbrother Viktor (Jörgen Liik), whose inner world has been thrown upside down due to his beliefs and understandings of relationships with loved ones.

Nende lahkumineku peamiseks põhjuseks oli Pia viljatus. Pia üritab kõigiti oma eluga edasi minna, aga kergete killast see ülesanne pärast pöörast kihutamist emotsioonide ameerika mägedel ei ole... Ühel hetkel hakkab Pia tundma, et keegi (või miski) nagu oleks temaga.

Last fall the third-year film students received a task to search for the spirit of an era that dates back at least 100 years. It was searched from Narva and Vilsandi, bogs and swamps, manors and farms. One can meet prophets and madmen, stubborn students, tortured men and longing women, werewolves, spiders and a pony along the way. The leading and supporting characters were brought to life by Juhan Ulfsak, Maria Advjuško, Märt Avandi, Helena Merzin, Mikk Jürjens, Meelis Rämmeld, Kersti Heinloo and many others.
