But what happens when there are no superheroes nearby, and the world's fate depends on a bunch of egotistical, irresponsible oddballs in their twenties? Geek, Swanky, Hellcat, Rocker, and Loserette have a night of their lives at a mega-awesome party under the thrilling title The Apocalypse; but when they wake up the next morning, they discover a completely different apocalypse – the real one.
